NW Medics Recognized for Outstanding Patient Experiences

TOMBALL, Texas - Northwest Community Health is proud to recognize five employees who ranked among the top 50 EMS personnel in the State of Texas for patient experience in 2018.  

EMS Survey Team identified Neil Laurent, Donald Gay, Alfred Perez, Tony Bohn, and Ali Foster as being among the top 50 EMS providers out of the thousands of Texas medics in their system. EMS Survey Team is a third party company that collects and measures the quality of patient experiences for EMS agencies across the country. After an encounter with Northwest Community Health, patients have the opportunity to provide feedback about items such as concern shown by providers, helpfulness, care and skill shown, and the extent to which medics cared for the patient as a person.
